Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Most items have a 6 months warranty, while other products have a different window of warranty, Items purchased from Roosters wear will be replaced at Roosters wear discretion with the same or similar product if found to be defective in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required and must include item(s), price, date of purchase, and the order invoice proof.
Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, operation outside of the intended use, damage caused by accident, or abuse of the product. Neither does the warranty cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Roosters wear product used in connection with the product. For any other questions or inquiries, please contact us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or any suitable method we can afford. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
